"The Elegants" Wikipedia (via DBPedia)
The Elegants is an American doo-wop vocal group, that was started in 1958 by Vito Picone, Arthur Venosa, Frank Tardogano, Carmen Romano and James Mochella in South Beach, Staten Island, New York. Before their nursery rhyme inspired song, "Little Star", became a number one hit, the band usually performed informally under the boardwalk by their homes. "Little Star" was the only million seller for the group, and was written by Venosa and Picone. It spent 19 weeks in the Billboard Hot 100, earning gold disc status. The song reached number 25 in the UK Singles Chart in September 1958. After "Little Star" dominated the radio, the band, still in their teens, toured with artists such as Buddy Holly, Dion and the Belmonts, Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis. However, none of their subsequent singles reached the success of "Little Star" and eventually the band fizzled out, as perennial one-hit wonders. In early 1970s, lead singer Picone returned to the group replacing Tardogano as the lead singer. That group comprising Vito Picone, Freddie Redmond, Nino Amato and Bruce Copp have been together ever since and to this date, have not stopped touring. They can be seen annually performing at the San Gennaro Festival, in Little Italy, Manhattan, New York. According to the Elegants website, Freddie Redmond died of emphysema in 2006, and was replaced by original member, James Moschella. As of 2009, the Elegants are still performing at concerts and events throughout the United States, under the name "Vito Picone & The Elegants". They still perform "Little Star", as well as their interpretations of many golden oldies. The band consists of Mike Catalano on bass guitar, Joe Lucenti on lead guitar, Mark Garni on keyboards and Sal Albanese on drums.

Nutrition since there are so many bad things out there is very important to your cat’s health Contrary to what you may have heard; dry foods are not a great thing to feed a cat. Please read the label on what you are feeding? What are the ingredients? Do you know what they mean? Is the first ingredient a muscle meat like chicken or meal or other things? http://www.catinfo.org/#Learn_How_To_Read_a_Pet_Food_Ingredient_Label http://iml.jou.ufl.edu/projects/Spring04/Perhach/PetFood/InterpretingLabels.htm Dry foods are the number 1 cause of diabetes in cats as well as being a huge contributing factor to kidney disease, obesity, crystals, u.t.i’s, constipation, and a host of other problems. Male cats are especially prone to blockages from dry food. Food allergies are very common when feeding dry foods. Rashes, scabs behind the tail and on the chin are all symptoms The problems associated with Dry food is that they are loaded with grains and carbohydrates which many cats (carnivores) cannot process. ( Have a fat cat?) An even bigger problem is that it IS dry and it dehydrates no matter how much your cat drinks Most of the moisture a cat needs is suppose to be in the food. Cats are not naturally big drinkers. 95% of the moisture is zapped out of dry foods in the processing. Think about it. Another thing, most use horrible ingredients and don't use a muscle meat as the primary ingredient and use vegetable based protein versus animal. Not good for an animal that has to eat meat to survive. http://www.catinfo.org/#My_Cat_is_Doing_Just_Fine_on_Dry_Food You want to pick a canned food w/o gravy (gravy=carbs) that uses a muscle meat as the first ingredient and doesn't have corn at least in the first 3 ingredients if at all. THE BEST CAT FOODS CONTAIN NO GRAINS NO BYPRODUCTS Cats are meat eaters not cereal or rice eaters Fancy feast is a middle grade food with 9lives, friskies whiskas lower grade canned and wellness and merrick upper grade human quality foods. I would rather feed a middle grade canned food then the top of the line dry food. Also, dry food is not proven to be better for teeth. Does a hard pretzel clean your teeth or do pieces of it get http://www.littlebigcat.com/index.php?action=librhttp:/ /www.felinefuture.com/?p=470ary&act=show&item=doesdryfoodcleantheteeth Please read about cat nutrition. http://www.catinfo.org/ http://www.catinfo.org/feline_obesity.htm http://maxshouse.com/feline_nutrition.htm#Dry_Food_vs_Canned_Food.__Which_is_reall Vetinarian diets The reason your vet thinks so highly of the pet food they sell probably has more to do with money than nutrition. In vet school, the only classes offered on nutrition usually last a few weeks, and are taught by representatives from the pet food companies. Vet students may also receive free food for their own dogs and cats at home. They could get an Iams notebook, a Purina purse and some free pizza. http://iml.jou.ufl.edu/projects/Spring04/Perhach/PetFood/Vets.htm Nutritional Education Program website page for the American College of Veterinary Nutrition. No it will not be okay, you have a 2 bulb unity and all of the coral and the anemone you list are animals that require high light. Also the elegance and the golf ball are known to NOT do well in aquariums. So either go get a 4 bulb unit at least or return the animals to the fish store for credit. Research any animal first before purchasing it.

While I ain't a lawyer, I study these disputes as part of my previous work in the domain name registration business. If the other party in question indeed has a federal trademark as they indicated, then you are indeed potentially infringing it. A federal trademark gives nationwide constructive notice that essentially says, "Hey US bozos, I've got a trademark for this to do that whether you know it or not. If I catch you infringing it, I'm going to treat you as if you knew." US-based parties file a federal registration at the United States Patents and Trademarks Office (www.uspto.gov). I just checked there and saw a live trademark registration for ibead.com, so that answers your question as to whether domain names can be trademarked or not. There are 2 possible problems: 1. iBead is potentially an example of a "fanciful" trademark because the word is made-up. Examples are kodak, xerox, and (believe or not) even microsoft, and such words are made-up for the sole purpose of branding (or establishing a trademark right in this case). 2. If your business name's registration date doesn't precede that of the trademark in question, then you might be in trouble. It's going to be tough to show you never intended to infringe on such, even if it's "coincidental". In any case, you'd best seek legal advice from a licensed qualified professional to review all available facts and assess your risks.

You may have the encoding set wrong. Try this and see if it works. In new mail go to "more actions" and "set encodings" and make sure it is "auto-select". In the old Classic you must set it in your view menu. Set it to Unicode (UTF-8). In the revised Classic you can set it at the bottom of the viewing frame. Choose the first option which selects it automatically. If this does not work then experiment with other encodings until you find one that works. ℬ ℋ
