First trip over the bridge, send the 1 and 2 minute guys. Send the 1 minute guy back with the torch. Next send the 5 and 10 minute guys over. Send the 2 minute guy back. Finally, have the 1 and 2 minute guys make the last trip to join the 5 and 10 minute guys at the helicopter. So that was 2 + 1 + 10 + 2 + 2 = 17 minutes... just in the nick of time!
